Hall | Ann Arbor, MI USA | 09/08/2003 (5 out of 5 stars) "This is my favorite Dare album, I own 'Out of the Silence' 'blood from a stone' 'calm before the storm' and 'Belief' and it's easy for me to say that I enjoyed this album the best. The music is atmospheric, the lyrics deep, and there is not one bad song on the album. 'We were friends' is a great tune, as is 'white horses'. It is not a rocker, its mellow and melodic, but feels atmospheric and epic. I'm really looking forward to their next album 'beneath the shining water'!!" Just a GREAT CD! R.
