Individual band members demonstrating talents

"I have been very impressed with Danu since their first album. This one is different. The tracks are of individual musicians or two musician teams. As a musician, I enjoy hearing the music reduced to individual parts like this. This is more like the simple pub music Irish Traditional Music came from instead of full band efforts in the studio. I am still very impressed. However, if this is not your perspective, you would probably want to get one of their first three albums as their best music as a band. All of their music is a strong contribution to the cause of real, Irish Traditional Music."
