Varied and funky

"Any new release by Danny Breaks is highly anticipated in the drum and bass world. He is known for his innovation and origanility and when signed to true playaz records for this latest release you know your in for a treat. Every track is his own work and even includes some of his own drum beats he recorded live. There are eleven tracks but sadly not fully mixed into each other. There is a strong breakbeat and hip hop feel and some fantatstic beats. At times tracks can feel random or disjointed but this adds to the whole lively funky feel. This is drum and bass but with a more varied at times slower tone but you could not accuse it of being monotonous. The CD and case is wonderfully presented and enhanced with a few features to be loaded onto a PC. This would look fantastic in a modern varied CD collection but I would only recomend this for those with a taste for drum and bass."
