"I discovered this CD at my massage therapist's office several years ago and it's still one of my favorites. I personally think it's Dan Gibson's best. Reflective and quiet instrumentals, with sounds of running water and the chirping of birds. A perfect blend for relaxation or meditation. Also great for driving through traffic--it's very calming, so I arrive a lot less stressed. Definitely 5 stars."
