"DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince went all out on this album. The lyrics are so smooth and the music has head bopping beats. Jazzy does a fantasic job on the scratching. "Then She Bit Me" is the most outragerous rap I've heard to date, funky lyrics with a tight beat. Other good ones include, "The Reverend," "Jazzy's Grove," and "Who Stole My Car?" This album is a must get for all Will Smith fans!"
Now here's when I felt Prince & Jazz!!

"I just loved this cd!! I use to play this tape at age 15 until the tape popped!! Then bought another one, now I want to buy it again--on cd-- for my favorite track "Jazzy's Groove"! I miss the way HipHop use to be so fun to listen to (When it was simply about your skills on the microphone not how much everything cost?!?) I personally think HipHop is in a state of crisis and thank God theres Amazon to shop for the days when HipHop was an art form."
The Best

"DJ Jazzy Jeff & Fresh Prince's third album, And In This Corner... was a departure from the gangsta, political, and hardcore music hitting rap audiences in 1989. Fresh Prince, known for his witty humor and upbeat lyrics, and his partner Jazzy Jeff- possibly the greatest DJ of all time- created an album that is bouncy, good-spirited and fun. Prince's zany tales carry the record, while Jeff lays down perfect backdroppings to accompany his partner's flamboyant quips.
Standouts include "Jazzy's Groove", "Jeff Waz On The Beatbox", "Numero Uno" and "The Girlie Had A Mustache".
Buy this record if you're interested in checking out pure, undadulterated fun hip-hop. Jazzy Jeff & Fresh Prince stuck true to their craft (and still do), and created an album that epitomizes rap music's playful nature."
