"If you like the west coast house sound, more specfically, that which eminates from the SF Bay area, this cd will move you. As with all Garth albums, the diversity is plainly evident. Underlying themes of disco, dub, tech, and reggae are all present. The thing I liked most about this album was that the sound flowed more smoothly than some of his other compilations, such as "San Francisco Sessions, Vol. 3" and "Nite: Life 07". What I mean by this is that although you can definitely tell that different elements of 'house music' are present, the order of tracks does not bounce from one genre to another, then back to the first. From beginning to end, you are treated to solid after solid selection. Good bass coupled with smooth overtones and the signature 'spaced out' sound of the San Fran style make this a great listen. If you're a fan of Garth, you will enjoy!"
