"I just spent a couple of days in a hot summer Berlin (I'm from Sweden), and of course I went to a record store ('Cover', just by the Kaiser Wilhelm Gedächtniskirche). I went straight to the "Progressive rock" department, and bought some 25 albums, mostly by artists I've never heard of before.
One of the very best albums was 'Czar', the eponymously titled record of the British prog/psych act, whose only release from 1970 reminds me of today's Bigelf - heavy psych rock with lots of mellotron. My Australian 2002 Progressive Line release has two extra songs, 'Oh Lord I'm getting heavy' and 'Why don't we be a rock'n'roll band', both sounding more like straightforward, heavy 70s rock.
'Czar' is higly recommended for fans of keyboard/guitar based, heavy psych/rock!"
