"The first two tracks on this CD-single come from Curve's brilliant 2001 album "Gift," although the version of "Perish" that appears here is a radio edit. However, the third track is a new version of "Recovery." Yes, it's different from the version released on the album "Come Clean" and the version released on the "Pink Girl with the Blues" EP. It sounds virtually nothing like those other two versions--it's very quiet but full of pent-up lust and fury. It's absolutely stunning. Also check Curve's official site, [www...com], for free MP3s and info on how to get their amazing new album, "The New Adventures of Curve," which is only available there.I'd prefer more original material on this CD-single but it's worth it for the new "Recovery." I believe the UK has some sort of bizarre laws/regulations restricting a CD-single to three tracks; otherwise it doesn't count as a single."
