Product DescriptionFollow the Crescendo! He's been waitin for a long time. We've been waitin for a long time...for a very, very long time. Waitin for someone to take Hip-Hop seriously as an art form. Finally, the CRESCENDO is rising. CRESCENDO (AKA: Carlton V. Carpenter II) was born and raised in Washington, DC, and has been studying music for 19 years and producing for just under 9. He began his music education in 1989 at the DC Youth Orchestra, studying the clarinet. In 1992, wanting to further his musical background he decided to audition for Duke Ellington School of the Arts. There he continued to study the clarinet and later the saxophone and piano. After completing high school in 1996, he enrolled at Clark Atlanta University, studying music education. Pretty serious...pretty unusual...for a Hip-Hop artist! In 1999 he, along with two business partners, established Nuthouse Music Group, LLC, not simply creating music for hip-hop and R&B acts, but, recognizing the all encompassing nature of the genre in peoples lives, creating a division of Nuthouse Music Group, LLC, directed towards producing background music for commercial answering services. Towards the end of 2005, CRESCENDO realized that there wasn't any other career path that he would grow to love and take as his own, outside of music composition. He began to rebuild his music catalog on his own, and is presently shopping his projects to local and national organizations. His catalog not only appeals to the Hip-Hop and R&B genre, but is starting to strike a chord within the film industry. His goals include producing for up and coming artists as well as establishing his music in films. Again...pretty serious. And not very traditional in the Hip-Hop world. CRESCENDO s goal is to take aggressive steps in establishing himself as a profound source towards a new sound and direction in the music industry. It s something he takes as seriously as he takes his approach to creating a no-nonsense future for Hip-
