When it arrived, it immediately took it to my car, went for a drive, and put on Valdez In The Country loud! Fantastic! Needless to say, the sound quality far exceeded the 8-track in my '70 El Camino.I've been a ColdBlood fan for 30 years. First Taste of Sin was my favorite album, and I'm thrilled it's available again. This was one of the hardest working bands of the Fillmore era, and deserved far more notice and acclaim than it received. Anyone who enjoys rock and blues with horns should check out ColdBlood - for the big sound, the tight horn arrangements - and most of all frontwoman Lydia Pense.Nine excellent cuts here - but what sold me was the instrumental Valdez - somehow left off the great Best Of ColdBlood compilation. Five stars and well worth the import price tag!"
