Voice samples as hooks. Surprisingly, appropriate and interesting lyrics. Nothing deep though -- quite unlike the disturbed visions of Wumpscut.Basically, sets a high standard in both industrial and electronica, both rather trashy genres in themselves, these days."

Slightly gothic EBM tracks

"This EP is far better than "Second Path", although that doesn't say much. If I heard this EP when it was originally released I'd probably have enjoyed it more. The first few tracks are OK, mostly EBM (the dark kind), my personal favourite being "Freezeout". The last 2 tracks are utterly avoidable though - too much angst (Wumpscut?). Maybe this is what happens when, as their Haujobb incarnation, they released such brilliance as "Solutions For A Small Planet" - expectations became unrealistic."
