"This is the best Church album of all-time. I have owned this album since 1985 and it keeps getting better and better every year. Initially I liked only a couple of the songs but eventually I saw the genius in all of them. With songs like "Shadow Cabinet", "Volumes" and "No Explanation" it leaves you wondering why this album isn't better appreciated. A brilliant piece of work, a complete masterpiece. I consider it essential in my collection."
Truly a great album

"This one of the stellar Church albums. Some truly great songs with impeccable production and instrumentation. You can listen to this on over and over and find nuances each time. No disappointments, well worth having."

"Blurred Crusade, Seance, Remote Luxury and Heyday...all great Church albums (Of Skins and Heart close behind)...Remote Luxury is amazing...Listening to "Into My Hands" is a holy, redeeming experience akin to reading Ecclesiastes after feeling guilty about ones cynicism. "Month of Sundays" is a lovely exploration of ego/alienation..."Maybe These Boys" annoys me to no end...otherwise, perfect."
