"If you think you know R&B music, you had better have this album. I wish they sold this and his first album 'Nice N Wild'. They are fantastic and if you can find them, get them, without hestitaion."

"Unlike many of the so called "reviews" I've read on Mr. Booker, None have focused on the true talent he encases as a writer, artist, producer and musical director. Chuckii is not a part of the "New Jack Era" nor is his music and style. If one would listen to his entire first CD with any musical knowledge, then maybe you would not throw him in with the "Teddy Riley's, Keith Sweats and Bobby Browns". His background and style ranges from Prince and EWF to Barry White and Parliament Funkadelic. Not only did he play almost every instrument on his debut CD but arranged and produced as well. Gritty tracks such as "That's my honey" to a very detailed "Oh Lover" commands only the most consumate ear of R&B listeners. Chuckii is a rare gem which some reviewers just can't seem to see his sparkle and clarity."
