Wonderfully funny look at Norweigen Christmas tradition.

"Garrison Keillor makes you laugh as you remember your childhood Christmases. This CD includes stories and lyrics. It's wonderfully funny. You'll laugh at his down home humor and sing with the well recorded Christmas music. It's a look at Christmas anyone would enjoy. A great one for any lover of Christmas tradition from 1 -92."

"Oh, I am sooo happy to have found this! I bought my cassette version the first Christmas after our baby died (our 4th child)-1995, and the song "There Are Angels Gathering 'Round" helped me so much that first Christmas.
I am so happy to have found a replacement, and on CD too.
God bless you, Amazon. You don't know what this has meant to me!"

"Garrison Keillor is very funny and a good story teller. I like this CD most, however, for its Christmas music. His version of Silent Night is the best that I have ever heard, and the Norwegian Christmas songs are lovely."
