CD ReviewsChristie Front Drive steals fhe show Sterling | Yakima, WA | 05/29/2000 (4 out of 5 stars) "This is a split EP with the first three songs by Denver-based Christie Front Drive and the last three by Kansas City's Boy's Life. The majority of talent clearly belongs to the former, as CFD serves up three gems that couldn't get any more perfect. They just know where to punch all the right emotional buttons, with their sparkling euphoric riffs and their melodic wails. This CD gets a star lopped off because Boys Life is exactly the opposite. I don't think I am psychologically unstable enough to enjoy their music. Anyhow, the three Christie Front Drive songs are easily worth the price of this disc, and if you like Boys Life, consider it an added bonus."
