"A very good folk/pop album, and one of the best of the many pop cd's that I own. A veritable mish mash of early seventies singer/songwriter sytles combined with the obvious Beatle and Beach Boys hooks, make for some very lush and pleasant listening. If your into any of the above mentioned bands as well as have a soft spot for early seventies am radio, then this is the album for you."

"chris von sneidern,known affectionately to fans as cvs, has the presciption for the modern pop doldrums of boy band dominance. cvs at times sounds hauntingly like john lennon in his phrasing and vocal tone. his songs pleasantly echo the beatles and their spiritual offspring such as badfinger, the rasberries, and big star. "here i go" is like the great pete ham classic that never was. cvs acted in numerous capacities in the production of two albums of refurbished pete ham demos and can therefore lay claim to ham's power pop throne. i only hope he gets the recognition his talent deserves someday."
