"Sup. Well I just got this CD and it is great. The Chinkees put out straight forward ska backed up by an awesome organ (hmm, never thought I'd be into organs). Although sometimes the music gets a little repetive, they always manage to make each song interesting in their own way. There aren't a lot of horns here, but the organ makes up for their lack. If you are tired of all these ska-core-punk bands and just want some good, straight forward ska, this album is for you. Of course, I warn you, this album is mostly likely only for those of you who like ska/reggae. I was about to give them 4 stars but I was like, hey! What the heck is wrong about them? Nothing! so I gave them 5 stars. Ooo! Two more pluses about this album: Mike Park (the main vocalist) sings a couple songs in what I think is Korean (Tight!) and the band has an awesome anti-racist message. Great stuff."
Some of the best Nor Cal ska ever!

"This is a really underrated and overlooked ska band, which is a pitty, becaue they really rock! What I personally fells separates this album from others is ahte outstanding bass. It really adds a sense of fullness to the music which a lot of other albums lack. The organ which they use on occasion also makes the sound catchy and original. Anybody who likes ska should have this CD in their collection. The Chinkees can skat, riff and jam just as good as any other ska band, but nobody seems to notice. In all honsesty this is some og the sickest ska I have ever heard! Rock on my asian brothers (and sister)"

"i thought this was a good CD. I am a proud supporter of mike park and his conquest for peace through music. Racism is a bad problem in our world..we see it everyday. the songs are traditional mike park..short and good. try em out. I especially enjoy the 15 min. long semi-techno song at the end..its pretty neat.o..and if u like this..or less than jake..(one of my favorite bands) check out : the bruce lee band ....it is another mike park creation..only with less than jake too."
