Though these early recordings of Chicago live in concert are indeed very much "live," there is no denying the band was just hitting its stride at the time. The version of "25 Or 6 To 4" presented here is one of the best live versions of the song ever. The band is tight and everything hits the mark without the benefit of overdubs or heavy production. Sound quality is a bit lacking but performance more than makes up for it. To an extent, this may just be an "official bootleg," but if so, it shows what a bootleg really should be. Fantastic!

This is a Spanish version CD manufactured by Charly of England. It has 7 cuts..including 25 or 6 to 4, Beginnings, Does Anybody Know What Timne it Is, Purple Song, Questions, I'm a Man, and Liberation. These are turly the very beginnings of Chicago. The recordings and arrangements are primitive and unpolished.
