Synopsis

Album Description
2009 album from the Nikki Sixx-approved Hard Rockers from Baltimore, Maryland (formerly known as Forty Acres and Chosen Son). Fronted by John Allen, Charm City Devils are a throwback to the days of Aerosmith and AC/DC, yet they remain firmly rooted in the now. CD Reviews

Rock solid debut
Tony B. Cruz | Los Angeles, CA | 06/03/2009
(5 out of 5 stars)

"Charm City Devils promises to be one of the hottest new rock bands to arrive on the rock music scene. With a true old-school, hard rock edge that is almost impossible to come by in today's market, Charm City Devils gives a refreshing slant on the current trend. If you like no-frills rock, get your hands on this cd and crank it for all it's worth. You won't be disappointed. Big thanks to Nikki Sixx's for the signing the guys to his label, Eleven Seven Music. Energizing and driving, Charm City Devils' 'Let's Rock-N-Roll' is essential to any fan of rock music."

It's ...Ok?

(3 out of 5 stars)

"Rehashed suedo glam/rock. It's all been done before and typically a bit better! Not as brash as Backyard Babies, not as smooth as Hardcore Superstar. Overall it's just Ok. Too bad, I was expecting a lot more with Nikki's endorsment."
