Great Guitar. Where's the Bass?

"This is a French disc, and the liner notes are all in French. The songs are high quality remastered versions of, for the most part, Benny Goodman Sextet pieces where Charlie Christian has nice solos, along with a couple other numbers. As far as the music goes, this deserves five stars. However, I bought this CD, and paid a lot of money for it, because it's called "Guitar and Bass." I didn't know of any recordings of Charlie Christian accompanied only by a bass, and I was intrigued. Well, so far as that goes, this CD deserves one star. There are no songs that are only guitar and bass. So why is it called that? I thought that perhaps it was a mistranslation. Perhaps someone saw a French title reading "Guitar en bas" and thought it meant "Guitar and bass" instead of something more like "Lowdown Guitar." But I checked on the French Amazon, and it also has "Guitar and Bass." And neither site mentions who else is on this CD. So I'm annoyed, and Sony deserves a black eye for not giving more info."
