"This group was and is quite popular. the music would be 60% better if the horrendous screeching noises were edited from the songs. these unnecessary sounds tarnish a would be great record."

"In your face, take no prisioners proto-noisecore crust, second generation UK punk rock.Featuring their debut S/T lp from 83,an astonishing slab of noisecore, heavy drum n bass mixed with ear-slicing giutars and vocals going from completely buried in the mix to downright shouted, howling guitar feedback,is chaos uk at it's wildest, totally loose(as oppossed to tighter oncoming albums). The 12 !! bonus tracks are 9 songs extracted from the earliest ep's and a movie track. They sound a tad more street punk in the vein of all the other bands of that era, with the noisecore germ already in evident evolutionThe disc closes with 3 incredible demo tracks that are worth the album price by themselves. The overall sound is excellent(I must admit I was expecting to have to cope with the crappiest of sound.Circa 50 min. in duration to spice things up,and the cover and cd art are gorgeous. No lirycs to boot, though, which is a pity, but it's a fantastically complete, sweetly priced edition of early CHAOS UK.What else can you ask for ?????!!!!!!!!"
