Under the skilful hand of seasoned Australian sound engineer Steve Fieldhouse, Chalice have created a masterfully recorded EP featuring fresh revisitatuions of a track from each of their three previous albums alongside two markedly different versions of the new piece, all enriched by the warmth and drama of Adelaide's Zephyr Quartet playing breathtaking string arrangements by Joel Baligod. The EP also boasts the percussive brilliance of new drummer Mat Enright, as well as the final appearance on a Chalice recording by recently departed flautist Alana Probert.
