I have written a review on this twice and for some reason Amazon.com has chosen not to publish my review.



This recording is meant to be a meditation tape and not music or entertainment. Therefore, audio quality is essential to effectiveness of the product.



Stacy Dean sounds as if she is very dehydrated and the thick mucous in her mouth makes clicking noises as she speaks. This is highly distracting in a MEDITATION recording.



I do not recommend that anyone purchases this. Note that audio sampling is not available for this. The most probable reason that you are not given the opportunity to listen before purchasing is that the quality is extremely poor for meditation.



I would give it zero stars if possible.

Great guided visualization for Chakra cleansing

"I had a copy of this on cassette tape for years. I had pretty much worn it out and of course had switched to CD/DVD and IPod us. I was happy to find this on CD. It could be a bit clearer (some hiss in the background, you'd have to be listening for it).



The guided visulaization on this CD takes you through all the Chakras and I find it is relaxing and cleansing."
