"Since these first guys teamed up, the chemistry has been unreal and now I think they have really hit their stride.First you have the gutsy, almost rough toasting of Chaka Demus that punches each number home with a vocal rhythm so strong it makes singing along almost impossible to resist (although how anybody could enunciate that many syllables that fast is beyond me--thank goodness they include lyrics).Second, you have the silky, melodic vocal of Pliers, singing of the frustrations of getto life, the energies of hope for a better way.Taken together these two form a perfect blance of complement. Hey, I can't stop dancing! The thing I like most about this disc is that the songs are honest expressions from the heart, and I think that perhaps it's that pure honesty that keeps their underying spiritual message from ever being preachy (I hate that). There's a lot of preachy rap and reggae out there. This aint."
