"Do you wish Catherine Wheel reformed and put out great releases again? Do you long for the early nineties when shoegaze rock had the power to blow your mind to new heights (and no, this is not a drug reference)? Do you hate the empty, trendy, crappy garage rock of the 2000's and would love to take a time machine back to a better time when there was still magic and soul in the music? Well, Cerulean's "No Sense in Waiting" is your answer. Not to say this is some type of rip-off or second rate cover band. No, Cerulean are for real, it's just a rarity to hear this type of stuff anymore. One thing that separates Cerulean from their predecessors is that they rock pretty hard and fast - speedgaze anyone? Whatever you wanna call it, this entire release is gold from start to finish - every last track a freakin' gem. I look at the sales number, and it's at something like 400,000. This shows how pathetic people's tastes have become today. Awww, I know, this is scathing - this review, and I shouldn't focus on the negative, right? Truth is, this is me putting it mildly. So please, let's ignore the current trends and think and listen for ourselves for once. This music is far far too f&@kin' good to be ignored."
