The 'America' album is reproduced here in full and demonstrates that Caravelli can give Paul Mauriat a tip of the hat on jazzing up broadway numbers flavoured with rock melodies. Tunes on most of Disc Two show off Caravelli's penchant for indulging in smooth jazz with authentic latin and romantic flavours. Even pop standards by Beverly Craven, Phil Collins and AL jarreau are strikingly svelte! Of course the tracks from the 1970s disco era plus I'm Your Baby Tonight say the most about the art of 'le disco symphonique'!"
