"slamming beats and capone's lyrics have you opening your eyes to some reality type stuff, i read the post about capone not being on frosts or SPM's level, but come-on homie, capone is way ahead of the times. im being honest, and if capone ever reads this, please know that all the homies from Inglewood California love your cd ese."

"For people that dont know or havent heard of Capone have missed alot of real street life music that comes from the heart. Capone is one of the best Chicano rappers that really ever lived. But the only way to understand these lyrics is to have lived them your self. And as for Dark room PUTA'S , yall need to get a new flow to make it like Capone."

"I think this one cd is a classic. It has good lyrics and the beat's are tight.Capone and Sir Dyno was a hit.Playing this cd in my car for the first time made my speak's sound brand new, sound clean and Capone's flow is unique. His new album Barrio Dope should be even tighter."

"Capone put a lot of good effort into this cd. I have not listened to his other cd so I can't compare them. This cd though was better than I would suspect from a newcomer and coming from a small label. At first the songs don't make too much sense, but after hearing it a couple times it sort of grows in you. Most of the beats are slow paced, but that is Capone's style and it definetly works for him. The lyrics are one of the best I've heard and they show a lot of thought in them. All of the songs are made up of both english and spanish verses that go great together and hold the album together."
