"I picked up this CD the other day because I assumed it might have a few nicw tracks that would remind me of some of that old thugged-out R&B al la Jodeci or H-Town. But to my dismay, it sounded like any other mediocre R&B CD that has come out today and just pollutes the airwaves (Sisqo, Jagged Edge, Next). The majority of the beats were revamped from much older R&B songs like "The Best of My Love" by the Emotions or "Lady" by D'Angelo. And there were only two or three original tracks and none of them were better than the those. The rapping was marginal only because it was reminiscent of the early 90's, but it was just too outdated and he really didn't have a voice in which to rap in the first place. Overall, I feel the production of this CD could have been better had they been more creative with their songs instead of doing the whole P-Diddy thing. This CD might be worth purchasing if you want to listen to the following tracks 1,2,5,7,8,11,13 and let your ears enjoy what they can."
