Haunting, beautiful score!

"This movie has never looked or sounded better. The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari has always been among my favorite silent films and this restoration is amazing. (Isn't technology wonderful sometimes?) The rich and hauntingly beautiful score by Timothy Brock breathes more intrigue into an already fantastic film. The violin lines played by Ken Wright and Gregg Rice are phenomenal. (Where is the Bravura String Quartet??? As a classical music lover, I'd love to hear more of their stuff!)Highly recommended."

"I CAN NOT AGREE WITH CARL SHIELDS MORE.
TIM BROCK HAS DONE AN EXCELLANT JOB IN EXPLORING THE PSYCOLOGICAL IMPLICATIONS OF THIS FILM THROUGH THE MEDIUM OF THE STRING QUARTET.I HAVE BEEN A FAN OF THIS FILM SINCE I FIRST SAW IT IN 1972 AND A PROPONENT FOR THE STRING QUARTET AS A MUSICAL FORM IN PARTICULAR.THE EFFORTS OF MR. BROCK AND THE BRAVURA STRING QUARTET ARE MEANINGFULL ADDITIONS TO BOTH THE FILM AND THE MEDIUM.
