"This is great stuff! I give it 5 stars in it's category, because it's probably the only thing in it's category. We got a new Mexican restaurant here, run by a real Mexican family (go figure) and they were playing this the last time we were there. The more I listened, the more I liked it, so I finally asked what it was, and they brought over the CD case. Anyway, it sounds a lot like Cajun, in fact I'll swear that I can hear a squeeze box on some tracks. If you like Cajun you'll probably like Caballo Dorado."
