Haunting, heart-felt, beautiful and hypnotic reggae

"Spear delivers some deep thought provoking roots reggae here. A master live performer, a master vocalist, and a master chanting hypnotist. That of course is all my opinion. I do believe, however, that Winston Rodney aka Spear is a vocal magician. Hearing him will allow you to die knowing you experienced some truly great music, but seeing the man live...It is fun to watch this wise aging dread get the crowd roaring with his slight moves and talented musicianship. He isn't just a reggae performer, but a presence you feel. This cd here exudes beauty and pain which always mix well when done correctly. Spear does a great job of bringing the past alive through his music. I suggest listening to this cd very soon."
