"This CD contains the few tracks Buddy did for Cobra records. It is well recorded and shows a young man who already has his own style. I think the opening track was his tribute to Magic Slim."

"Actually, this Buddy Guy's CD is extension of CD: "Try to Quit You Baby", Ronn 1997, with "This is the end", from "In the Beginning", Drive 1971, "Too Many Cooks" where Buddy Guy provided lead guitar on singer Jesse Fortune and last two titles "Heavy heart beat" and "God's gift to man" are demos that Guy cut at a Baton Rouge radio station back in 1957. That is the content of this CD, unfortunately anaveliable in Canada. On sofisticated question: What is better - voice or guitar sound of Buddy Guy? real replay is: both! In other words speaking, it is early guitar wizard Buddy Guy."
