"This cd offers only 6 tracks but delivers more than 90% of other disks containing twice the tunes. The lead singer's voice is purely original yet reminds me of some of the great voices that made rock ROCK. Imagine Jim Morrison meets Robert Plant in one 'can't get enough of it' voice. The drum and bass hold a backbeat that enters your chest then delivers you to a sax solo that brings your musical ear to new heights. Put these elements together with true guitar musicians and you get a wake up call we so badly need in the music industry right now. The Buddha Brains (the cd and the band) is a defiant move away from today's mundane sounding acts like Nickelback and John Mayer. Dear Buddha Brains---please give us more and the sooner the better!"

"Great mixture of sound throughout the album. And wow, what a bunch of material! They show a wide range of style and dynamics as well. Love the addition of the sax too.....horns always add more depth and interest. In short, definitely worth checking out and purchasing. Hard to find good new music like this these days!"
