CD ReviewsShould have been Great Paul A. Kirwan | Ireland | 10/20/2008 (3 out of 5 stars) "A fabulous voice, the choice of a miriad of great songs.. so what happened? Brian Kennedy seems pre-occupied of late - it's almost like he is guest-appearing on his own album. I know that through hearing him being interviewed, his manager and producer chose most of the songs here. This album like his last does not hit the standards that he has set for himself. Sure there are some great renditions here like 'Gaye', 'I Can Let Go Now', 'Galileo' and 'For The Good Times' which are all sweetly delivered but 'Brown-Eyed Girl' and 'Stuck In A Moment' are both lacklustre at best. The voice as always is impeccably beautiful but the album does not deliver as it should."
