Holiday Must!

"This is a great Xmas Album that everyone must have! It blends many genres from gospel to funk to jazz. I think there is something in this album for everyone. This high-energy album will surely get everyone into the spirit of the holidays! My favorites are "Joy to the World," "Rudolph," "All Through The Christmas Nigh,t" (which is an original song by Culbertson and others) and "Little Drummer Boy" (in which Culbertson reharmonizes this tune giving it more spunk). I can listen to the album all the way through without wanting to skip songs like most Christmas albums. Definitey 5 stars!"

"This album contains many Christmas favorites masterfully performed by Culbertson, et al. It is definitely a disc that you will keep spinning all season long to promote the cheer. His wife Michelle contributes beautifully on the vocals to "Some Children See Him." I have a lot of Christmas albums in my collection, and I honestly have to say that this is one of the best I have yet to come across. This is definitely a compilation that the entire family will love. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a little pizazz this holiday!"

"I have been a fan of Brian Culbertson for quite some time now, but his depth of talent and creativity never cease to amaze me. A Soulfull Christmas is nothing short of awesome! Joy To the World is the hottest holiday cover I've ever heard and Jingle Bells a close second. The original "All Through Christmas Night" sung by Michael McDonald is beautifully done. In fact, each song on this CD is done in a unique and captivating style with an exceptional group of artists. If you like jazz and like holiday music by jazz artists as I do, then add this to your collection. It will be your favorite of all. And, if you haven't seen Brian live, do so!"
