Recorded on the first track is a multi-layered story that serves as an example and a reference to your own experience. It is important to hear the story at least once before undertaking the 22-day healing program on track 2. Track 2 was recorded only once and it is left as delivered (except for a recording of Bozenka's heartbeat which was supervised out of the studio and the layers of Bozenka's voice which represent the "hum" of the Universe. These were added to the main voice after the first recording.) The deeply moving guitar music delivered by Dean Gordon-Smith was also performed and recorded in one take.
