Michael Bivens hit pay dirt with these boys from Philly
The Specialist | Parts Unknown | 01/13/2006
(5 out of 5 stars)

"Back in 1990 New Edition and all of their sub-acts ruled R & B and Pop. A year later, Mike Biv formed Biv Entertainment. His first act was ABC - a preteen act that scored a top 10 R & B hit with "Ieasha". To piggy back off of that success he picked this Philly quartet with 4 distinct voices harmonizing old school Motown style. Thus spawned the single "MotownPhilly". It was okay in my opinion, but the slow jams were what made this album. This is my favorite album from Boyz II Men, because II was too mainstream. The uptempo songs are good as well. Top joints are Little Things, This is my heart, Please dont go, Lonely Heart, Uhh Ahh and It's so hard to say goodbye."
