"This may be the rarest of Millennium Collection albums: one that surpasses the artist's original greatest hits package. The full-priced "Legacy" album does include the BIIM/Mariah Carey monster hit "One Sweet Day" as well as the collaboration with LL Cool J on "Hey Lover", true enough. But if you're that big on Mariah she has several hits packages to choose from. On the other hand this mid-priced CD includes the #1 song "Thank You", plus "Uhh Ahh" and the gorgeous acapella track "It's So Hard To Say Goodbye to Yesterday". To my mind, this is the better (& cheaper) collection."
Not Always Full Of Men

"For Boyz II Men, the past few years have never been as difficult as they really imagined. Unfortunately, the records they've released still have made a lasting impact upon the legacy of the group. While many people have labeled them as a "Boy Band", they honestly made a true impact on R&B harmonies with their voices, not a manufactured feel Nsync and Britney Spears have made themselves into. Hopefully, with better hits collections that will come out, people can rediscover that Soul they made into real Soul. The 2003 Millennium Collection, is part of Universal's budget record series, for people who can't afford the other Greatest Hits collections that've made it all the way onto the charts. The songs range very swiftly, but are still within a mixed bag of songs. There are just so many good songs like End Of The Road, I'll Make Love To You, and Water Runs Dry, just to name a few. Still, the collection does include a few songs that weren't included on the Legacy Greatest Hits record that Boyz II Men released in 2001, like Thank You and Uhh Ahh. Still, there are some emotional songs that were overlooked on this collection, including On Bended Knee, Pass You By and One Sweet Day, their wonderfully recorded smash performance with Mariah Carey. I just hope that people rediscover Boyz II Men for who they truly are. They definitely belong in the league of performers like The Temptations and The Jackson 5. If you have Legacy, you might not want this collection. But you just can't resist the true soul power they have made for so many lovers out there."

"Boyz11men remain the most talented and experienced group in RnB history.Ranging from their excellent perfomance with LL- coolJ in HEY LOVER to their record breaking hit with mariah carey,boyz11men have distinguished themselves from any other group in the industry.Their peculiar voices and vocal acrobatics put them on the winning edge of any RnB contest.presently boyz11men have only matured(as their name imlplies) and their last album,Full circle is an evidence of that fact.Nevertheless, i really think boyz11men have poor publicity, and they should do something about it.I want to congratulate boyziimen on their out standing performance with chante moore(your home is in my heart),and in the song 'woman dont cry' I think boyz11men should be given the respect that they deserve and i would also advice upcoming artistes to follow their footsteps of excellence."
Not Enough To Make Love To

"The past several years, there have been many different great hits albums that have either definitively shown a group and what they are made of from the heart, or just a plain flop that missed out on a lot of opportunities. That has happened where so many hits records from the 20th Century Masters series from Universal. There have been so many different budget hits records from the series, but they just don't show waht made these acts really shine. Acts like Boyz II Men, who really showed their stuff during the 1990's, haven't delivered after that time as well, but we easily forget about the harmonies that Nathan, Michael, Wanya, and Shawn have all thrived. But, the question is, is this album worth making love too?
The 2007 re-release of Boyz II Men's 20th Century Masters: The Millennium Collection, tries ti re-introduce Motown's most successful weapon from the 90's at a convient price, but sadly like all of the albums from the collection series there is something still missing. The songs though have been remastered nicely, and includes some great pop tracks that still try to prove they still bring the house down. The collection includes their #1 smashes End Of The Road and I'll Make Love To You, as well as lesser-known hits like Water Runs Dry and A Song From Mama from the R&B drama Soul Food. Unfortunately, the record does miss out though on great tracks including On Bended Knee, their smash collaboration with Mariah Carey, One Sweet Day, and Thank You In Advance.
Although the album tries to deliver, the 20th Century Masters collection reflecting Boyz II Men, doesn't add up. There is a better single disc hits package, and that of course is their 2001 Legacy greatest hits record. I really don't recommend this one as much, because it hits the end of the road a bit too soon.
