"I've been a fan of the Boys of the Lough for years and years. I fondly remember the release of "The Second ALbum" (sadly never re-released on CD) as a revelation: an excellent selection of songs and instrumentals. Not as formal as the Chieftains, but still steeped in the tradition. I've enjoyed many of their other recordings, but the current effort, "Twenty" ranks right up there near the top. Once again enjoyable songs coupled with first-rate instrumentals, great playing, and top flight production. This version of the band has that same old chemistry, although nobody compares with the fiddling of Aly Bain. For older fans, a must-have disc. For new comers to Celtic music, a good place to start or a welcome addition. You can't go wrong."
