"Lemonade isn't a bad album, it's just that they're so much better live. The record just sounds so *average*. I mean, my favorite thing about Box Set are those incredible harmonies they do. Talk about tight and wow!, what melodies! Unfortunately, they only pull that off on one song on the album - the first track. The rest is just cookie cutter post-hippie rock. Maybe next one. But in the meantime - go see them at a club near you!"

"Another excellent album from this San Francisco band that just keeps getting better and better. Each track is strong - no throw-aways here. The guys always put on an amazing show, and their songs lose nothing in the translation from stage to studio. I am especially fond of "Ramona". Buy the album, better yet - see them live! They are still an undiscovered-by-the-masses gem. Highly recommended!"

"Box Set's awesome new CD combines intelligent, thoughtful songwriting ("All is Forgiven"; "My Night on the Floor") with unique rock rhythms ("Lemonade", "Ramona") making this CD one to listen to over and over. This band's live shows always present a wonderful range of danceable yet meaningful music which is reflected in this CD. Every song is strong - no repetition here."
Why is this band not on the radio???

"Box Set's latest, Lemonade, is filled with catchy tunes that stick in your head long after you listen to the album. This CD has many new tunes as well as new versions of some old favorites from their Live Duo album. My favorites off the album are the title track, Lemonade, and Ramona. Though it's hard to even single out certain songs as being favorites. They have a cool new version of "I Owe Something", which is one of my favorite songs from Live Duo. This band is so talented, it's a crime that they haven't gotten any radio play. I highly recommend this disc - it's a great introduction to the band! Be sure to check out the Live Duo and their first, self-titled album, Box Set, also. "
