"Ero Maria Barbero plays an 18th century Hemsch harpsichord in a world premiere recording of the eight divertimenti for harpsichord, Op.7b (1722) by Giovanni Bononcini (1670-1747).
Bononcini went to London in October 1720, and his first two seasons were outstandingly successful, ... his Divertimenti da camera appeared in two editions, a plain one for an accompanied treble instrument and an ornate edition for harpsichord alone.
