"Bonnie Bishop continues her growth as an artist with her sophomore effort, "Soft to the Touch." A more mature sound, more blues influenced than her debut album "Long Way Home", I had the fortunate experience of being at the CD release party on the evening of November 7/8. The acoustic show given to introduce some of the new songs on the album, though fans will recognize many as being mainstays in her live shows for awhile, was the perfect venue to hear one of the richest and most soulful voices in music today. Such cuts as "Brent Rollins", "Red Moon", "The House that Jack Built", and the title cut "Soft to the Touch" show a range of styles that she can handle from a tender ballad to a southern blues number. Word of her talent continues to grow, so get on the bus and join the others who have found this angelic voice deep in the heart of Texas."

"It's rare having a CD not only made with a number of songs (generally 3'30") but which delivers a journey in the world of music!
"Soft to the touch" is also soft to the ears.Bonnie Bishop's music is breathing, sincere, original and musicians have the opportunity to play.
At last, this CD is exceptionnal for me because of the very good production.Far from compressed sound delivered everywhere now,it's full of dynamics, fine timbers and defined sound which gives the music even more powerful and soulful touch.
This record is among the ones we keep in the player.
Brilliant!!!
I can't wait to see the band on stage in France on july.
