CD ReviewsLion Devours the Pink Moon dgthomas | Amherst, NY, USA | 02/21/2008 (5 out of 5 stars) "This is a wonderfully haunting, moody album, with ambient sensibilities. It reminds me of Nick Drake's brilliant "Pink Moon", with random sounds thrown in every once in awhile. It is slower, and quieter, and the guitar playing isn't as intricate as Drake's but the sad, low vocals, and the somber atmospheric mood would fit quite comfortably alongside Drake's last album. Maybe this would be Drake trying out some new songs in his living room, but quietly so as not to disturb the people in the flat next door."
