Bobby Susser Gets To The Core Of Multiculturalism
Beverly Selmore | Dayton, Ohio USA | 05/10/2005
(5 out of 5 stars)
"For songs and activities about multiculturalism that young children will fully understand, "We Are Better Together" is the collection for them. I have used many collections for multicultural activities, and concepts. This is the very best I have ever come across for the children in my day care center. It has terrific songs and rhythms that teach the reasons we are better together, which I have not found in other children's songs. These songs are so terrific that you and your children can feel the music and words begging you to join in. And when all the children do join in, they begin to feel the togetherness, teamwork, and what multiculturalism is all about in a very positive way. These songs by Bobby Susser get to the core of the matter, and in a most friendly way."
These Songs Teach Young Children Togetherness And Peace
Loretta | Orlando, FL USA | 04/21/2003

"With steel drums on the first song, finger snapping on the second, and a children's chorus on the third song "Dear Mr. President", this collection of easy to learn songs for my day care center brings the message and importance right to the children. The songs are easy for the kids to understand and sing along, and the music keeps the message alive in all the songs. The children love this CD, and learn the benefits of why we are better together. And one of the greatest benefits is peace, peace, and peace in all areas and ways of life. This CD that Bobby Susser made should be heard by all young children from all over the world."

"This CD is a great way to start the year for my first grade class. The songs are so easy to follow, sing, and understand. The music is so energetic that your children will never get tired of it. In different ways musically, Bobby Susser clearly, and enthusiastically, teaches young children through all of these songs that "We Are Better Together." This is one CD that is constantly exciting, and promotes world peace which our children should be introduced to. These songs will be favorites throughout the year as they were last year."
Great Songs Of Peace, Understanding, & Brotherhood For Kids
Ruth | Los Angeles, CA USA | 09/19/2001

"Through a diversity of rhythms, melodies, easy to learn songs and interesting productions that hold my children's attention, Bobby Susser teaches our young children that "We Are Better Together". In a world that always needs harmony, this album is a gem. It is not just a multicultural album, but also one of brotherhood. It captures all the important ideas of why and how we are better together. The basic ideas are easy to remember because the songs are unforgettable. My day care center class cherishes the songs and their lessons. "It's Nice To Be Nice", "Dear Mr. President", "I Am Not So Different", and "When We're All Standing Together" are their favorites. All these concepts are so important for young children to learn and understand, and it's our responsibility to teach them to our kids. We can meet this responsibility to our children much easier now, since Bobby Susser has given us these songs of peace, understanding, and brotherhood."
