"With an amazing assortment of artists joining in, this tribute to the one and only Bob Wills (in honor of what would have been his 100th birthday) is a must for western swing fans and of course Bob Wills fans. I had no idea Terry Bradshaw - yes THAT Terry Bradshaw - could sing! All the artists give their due respects to Bob and his music, and when listening to it today it's still so timely and fresh. The list of guests is as varied as the country music scene, ranging from Tanya Tucker to George Jones to Merle Haggard to Gene Watson to Dierks Bently - and even one by Wilford Brimley?? In my opinion, the only glaring omission on this album is no appearance by Ray Benson and Asleep at the Wheel. This band has, for the last 30 years, done an awesome job of keeping western swing music - and the memory of Bob Wills - alive and well."

"i love this c.d. because it has some good old bob wills tunes on it and i'm a big fan! my favorite song has to be number 21 by red stegall he and i have talked and i'm also his big fan. we went on the trail ride last year. bob wills and the texas playboys have great music his trademark way "ahha" and we'll always remember him.
