2006 archive release containing previously unreleased live performances from the former Hawkwind member, recorded a few years prior to his death of a heart attack in 1988. Acid Rain contains two concert recordings from Leicester in 1986 and London in 1987. Both performances feature Robert alongside the band Maximum Effect. The sets contain a good mix of solo material from Robert?s career including 'Working Down A Diamond Mine' and 'Ned Ludd' plus a number of Hawkwind songs such as 'Damnation Alley' and 'Quark Strangeness And Charm'. 15 tracks.
