"OK, so I have a bias. Listen first to Adieu False Heart, and if that doesn't send you, then perhaps Jody and Kate aren't your flavor. If it does, then buy this cd and gain entree to the real world of American music untainted by Golum. Undoubtedly the most talented musicians and authentic human beings that are familiar names only to other musicians. I think the real gems on this cd, besides their version of Adieu False Heart (which will be the one you think of any time you hear this song, I guarantee it) are Still My Thoughts Go Back to You, Lonesome Road Blues, an absolutely kickass version of Sittin on Top of The World (if you think a middle aged white guy couldn't bring anything fresh to an old blues song, think again. Bob Dylan, eat your heart out.) Old Pal of Yesterday, what Kate brings to Blue Diamond Mines just rips your heart. Their version of Polly Ann is as good as any I've heard, their joy in playing it jumps out at you."
