"I first saw Blind Dog Smokin back in the fall of '91, I was taken by the sounds of the four gentleman in front of me. Their music spoke to me as if it was telling me a story. Each song was so different, yet so captivating. I have had the pleasure of seeing them play live at several small venues in Idaho Falls, ID. Of all places to hear the blues. And to anyone who has never had the intense ear pleasing pleasures of hearing Chuck, Carl, Andy, and Jason "12 fingers" in person (or on cd for that matter) you are missing out on a great blues treasure. In October we plan to go to the King Biscuit Blues Festival in Helena, Arkansas to hear them play with all the other great blues artists, (although we think Blind Dog is by far the best of our time). It will definitely be an experience of a lifetime, and seeing Blind Dog Smokin LIVE again will be a fun filled night of the blues."
