"Okay, so maybe High-Powered entertainment isn't the greatest rap lable in the world. BUT they certainly brought a fire out of Bizzy unmatched by ANY other album in his career (except the Bone Thugs albums). Yes, the beats sound straight out of 1993, and Mr. Capone-E, Mr. Criminal, and Mr. Silent aren't the greatest rappers in the world, BUT again they don't try to out-shine Bizzy (nor could they). "Ridin In The Streets" isn't the most original song title, but the song stands as one of Bizzy's finest ode's to cruisin, and with Layzie Bone riding shotgun, it's like that terrible Bizzy/Layzie collabo album could have been a good idea. "Caught Up" with Bad Azz displays some good chemistry over a dope beat. Sooo, some of the beats get pretty redundant, and yeah, the other rapper's aren't too great either. But none of that stops this from being a great cd for any hip-hop fan."
