This is a great CD with some really nice, lesser-known songs. "Modern Woman", "Matter of Trust" & "This is the Time" all got some radio play time. But he shows off his vocal range on "Mulberry street", a nice song. And I love "Baby Grand", a touching duet with Ray Charles. "Temptation" is an emotional and catchy song. There's also a nice duet with Cyndi Lauper--"Code of Silence". The only songs I don't like are Modern Woman and Runnin' on Ice---a bit too pop-sounding, too 80's, too much synthesizer. This album does not compete with his classics--Piano Man, the Stranger, or Innocent Man. But it's still very high quality.
